Revive covers chiropractic care, decompression, shockwave and neuromuscular stimulation (any three each month). To stay conservative, single visits are priced at our lowest rate, an alignment session ($75); with decompression at $199 a session, the difference is much larger. Revive X has no minimum commitment, so many patients start there during more intensive care and step down as they need fewer visits. Memberships include a one-time $99 enrollment fee and a 3-month minimum (Revive X has no minimum), and a RepeatMD service fee is added at checkout. Estimates only; your provider will help you choose what fits.

Many patients combine memberships, such as recovery care with regular massage, or chiropractic care with a Melt membership. Your provider will help you choose the combination that fits your plan, and everything stays in one place, with one team and member pricing on the care each membership includes.
