Understanding Neuromuscular Stimulation
Neuromuscular stimulation activates muscles without you having to perform the movement yourself. At ChiroCare Therapy, we use the TeslaMax system to target specific muscle groups in the neck, back, shoulders and knees.
It can be a helpful bridge when pain, injury or time away makes exercise difficult, and it’s usually combined with chiropractic care and movement-based recovery rather than used alone.
